Nourishing Beginnings

Build your knowledge and confidence in early childhood nutrition! Discover how with Nourishing Beginnings, a free online program designed specifically for Canadian early learning and child care (ELCC) professionals. The program offers helpful information on how to feed toddlers and preschoolers and how to engage children in learning about food. Each module aligns with Early Returns and has been developed with leaders in ELCC and nutrition education.
