Ingredients

  • 250 mL (1 cup) milk 
  • 175 mL (3/4 cup) frozen strawberries 
  • 175 mL (3/4 cup) frozen raspberries 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) yogurt (strawberry, raspberry, vanilla, or plain) 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour into cups and serve immediately. 

 

NOTES: Use fresh berries instead of frozen and add 125 ml (1/2 cup) of ice.
