Ingredients
125 mL (1/2 cup) milk
125 mL (1/2 cup) yogurt (vanilla, coconut, or plain)
1 frozen banana
15 mL (1 Tbsp) peanut butter
7 mL (1/2 Tbsp) chia seeds
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into cups and serve immediately.
NOTE: Swap any seed or nut butter for peanut butter. Example: almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
