Ingredients
125 mL (1/2 cup) milk
125 mL (1/2 cup) yogurt (blueberry, vanilla, or plain)
125 mL (1/2 cup) frozen blueberries
125 mL (1/2 cup) frozen pineapple
125 mL (1/2 cup) fresh spinach or baby kale
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into cups and serve immediately.
NOTE: Frozen spinach or frozen chopped kale can be used instead of fresh spinach or baby kale.
